I had a GPU fan go bad on my powercolor radeon HD 7750 so I decided to use a spare noctua fan I had laying around and mount it to the GPU to solve that problem.
Problem Solved!
Seems to mount up just fine and I have temporarily mounted this fan to this GPU previously to see if it would even work and it worked great.
Print this in two pieces and glue together.
This is for a 59mm opening. If need be you could always modify the ring a little bit to make it work for larger or smaller op
