LCD2004 cover for Geeetech i3X

a simple remix, moves the speaker hole to the back plate, increases the height slightly and removes some unneeded geometry for a lidless enclosure to suit the acrylic Geeetech i3X, which has the LCD panel mounted at the top of the frame and a reverse mounted speaker.

M3 sized spacers are included to offset the board by the correct amount to give it a snug fit, you may need to rescale these in the Z axis a little to suit your needs, and the x/y may need to be adjusted to 1.1 or so.
