Ultimaker 1 & 2 Anti-Backlash Nut Adapter

This is just an adapter to use the larger anti-backlash nuts found on Ebay. Currently I am using a Zyltech Delrin T8x8 nut. The hole spacing on the original Ultimaker nut is 16mm and the spacing on the Zyltech nut is 22mm.
