E3D Titan Fan Mount for 60mm Fan, remade in OpenSCAD

I recreated the fan duct in OpneSCAD and also created a version for a 60mm radial fan. I also added some support structure in the duct itself to support easier printing; I was having a lot of trouble getting my plastic to bridge that huge gap.
