Remix of mgx's Simple Spool Holder for Printrbot Metal which didn't give me enough clearance leaving the spools catching on the floor.
Modified to give an extra 2cm of height as I didn't have any spool clearance from the floor.
Modified to also push the spool an extra 2cm away from the printer as when all the axis are homed it sat pretty flush the the z motor giving no room for the extruder/hotend cables if they were caught.
