Added design for to use with bltouch
JCPhlux did a good job designing this thing but I believe could not find more time to work on it after than. To use it with Chimera and use bowden extruder the holes must be wider (11.6 mm). I have noy mounted yet on to my Wanhao i3. After I mount I will share my experience. To use 2 extruders I have to change my Melzi board to Ramps first.
