1:24 German Tiger Battle Tank Driving Sprockets

My grandson received a 1:24 scale German Tiger Tank for Christmas but the driving wheels soon failed. They had a hex extrusion which the driving axles fitted into but were chewed out and made circular after a shot time. There was not enough support materail surrounding the extrusions.

I used Autodesk Fusion 360 to learn how to draw gears and after many adjustments, have a set of replacements printed in PLA using a Prusa i3 Mk2.
