Universal quick release locking thumb

I had my locking thumb in the tripod quick release lost and I wasn't able to use the tripod.

This part was designed in fusion 360 and printed using my prusa i3 printer.
The part is working great and fits perfectly in its place. I used the screw and spring from another tripod that has the same part but facing the other direction therefore I couldn't use it.
