Sunhokey Prusia i3 Auto Level Mount 3/4"/19mm sensor holder

This is a remake of the lower mount for the Sunhokey Prusa I3 Auto Bed Leveling Sensor Holder created by VE6EY. Use the side mounts he provides, and replace the lower mount with this for use with larger proximity sensors. I specifically use the Saim LJ18A3-8-Z/BX, as it sees better with the glass bed. I thought I'd share to save anyone else in the same spot the 10min to do it themselves.

Your mileage may vary, but my y-probe offset for this is -38.
