Removable Micromake D1 Z probe

I did not like to use the whole effector+nozzle as a z probe because it was giving me unreliable results due to, I think, too many moving parts and too many possible points of failure.

So I designed a removable Z probe mount to be used with an endstop switch. The mount fits snugly in one of the holes under the effector. The endstop holds best if screwed with M3x10mm bolts. 12mm is too long, unless you use a washer.. but then it gets very close to the heater cables. 8mm might work depending on
