###Update
Now remodelled with a larger and better fitting hole that works nicely. (originally I made the hole a bit smaller hoping for a tight fit but PLA has almost no stretch.
###Story
Well I needed a handle for an old rasp and Bunnings near me have stopped selling handles, and I didn't want to spend $20 on a new rasp. Then I thought "hang on a second - I can print one!" so I got out the awesome callipers from Jaycar and started modelling in 3D Fusion.
Created in Fusion 360 with a profile sketch and Revolve, fillet. Then made the tool and subtracted it from the handle using Combine.
I have included the Fusion 360 files with target and tool, if you want to properly remix this.
###Print variables:
Using Cura
I printed this vertically, with a 18mm radius raft.
Skin: 4 layers
Infill: Triangle pattern 30% is plenty strong enough
High quality is recommended and in my case it took around 12 hours.
You should be able to turn support off if printing vertically from the hol
