2cell18650BatteryCharger

This is a simple 18650 charge pack I made.
I had bought some boost usb modules which turned out to be pretty rubbish at charging my phone. I had some buck converter (step down) modules that could take the higher voltage of two 18650 batteries and bring it down to 5v for usb. THIS IS A HACK!, There is nothing stopping the voltage in the batteries from going below its recommended amount.
