ctc Y axis belt tightener bearings prusa i3

Because i broke the original one, i redesigned one that can hold two bearings (608).
Can be assembled with 8mm axis (threaded for, or anything 8mm), do not pay attention at the picture setting, i didn't have any 8mm bolt.
