Hiland 50MHz Frequency counter simple bumper

I decided to publish this bumper after seeing Jullian llet build this kit on his youtube channel of the same name. (link to his video below)
This is just a simple bumper designed to keep the solder contacts from shorting. I make similar bumpers for every kit I build and intend to use.
