Quick and dirty filament tube holder for Folger Tech FT5

As the title suggests, it's a quick and dirty fix until you print a better one. This is a simple bolt on to the stock extruder carriage. With it, some 6mm tubing and a couple of zip ties, you'll have something far better than the stock setup.
