Longer-axis-cooler

An extended arm to the cooling almost-ring. Just because the original design (which works pretty well) is very close to the hot-end and I don't trust the PETG to not meltdown. So I decided to extend the space between fan and ring and move the ring a bit (5mm) forward. Will fit on a standard centrifugal blower.
