Silicone Sock mold for new e3dv6 Volcano

This was based on: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1845407, I want to give credit to the inspiration design.
This is a rework of a mold to create a silicone sock for a new 3D cartridge style volcano hotend.
I used 2 methods to make the actual socks. I used 2 part high temperature silicone -- Mold Max 60 for prototypes. It cures fairly quickly -- I let it cure for 24 hours and was able to test molds quickly enough. I suggest make several molds as air pockets tend to get trapped and generally
