Rain cap for Reese Towpower #21141 adjustable hitch

This is a cap to keep rain and snow from gathering inside the vertical tube of the Reese TowPower model # 21141 adjustable drop or rise receiver draw bar. Some rain and crud can still get in through the holes in the sides of the bar, but not nearly as much as if the top is open. I glued the cap in using some black RTV sealant since it is what I had on hand.
