Prusa i3 MK2 electronics case for Arduino Ramps

Redesigned Original Prusa i3 MK2 Electronic Rambo case to fit Arduino Ramps board. Consist of 3 parts:

Base:
- holes moved to fit Arduino in the case
- USB connector moved.

Hinges (no changes)

Door:
- Ventilation holes extended all the way to the top. Anyway I reccommend to place an active cooling on the door to keep the drivers from overheating.
