mendel extruder for E3DV5 for Solidoodle 2

This extruder is for a customer which having Solidoodle 2 machine.

you can print with infill 35%, layer 0.2

I have redesign the lever to match all, with my strength plus need a bearing 605 and M4 X 14mm screw. Lever 2.1 is the latest update and work well now... feeling bless....
