Inductive sensor adapter for Prusa i3

When I wanted to add a sensor for bedleveling to my Prusa i3 clone I created this to add to the hotend mount I was using which is available here:

It's designed for a 18mm diameter probe but includes an adapter to the more common 12mm diameter
