Rescaled Pencil Helix

A 3D Hubs client requested a copy of **Helix Pencil Holder (Open path) by Moderators** but the file was scaled incorrectly. As is it comes out to 5mm tall. So I scaled this one up to 124mm, which seems to be perfect.
