Battery Power Bank

I wanted a battery bank that could charge or run an IPAD, USB device, laptop, and/or any device for an extended number of charges or for an extended amount of time; I also wanted the versatility of a 12v cigarette adapter. The box had to be small, light, and pack a large number of watt hours. The battery also had to be able to deliver a large number of amps and have a good C rating.
