Problem description:
Water gathers in the drier base and does not run into the reservoir, nor out the alternative pipe. Clothes stay wet. If you remove the condensor the inside is wet and water runs out.

Problem cause:
There is a floating switch in the base water reservoir that activates a pump. This pump is supposed to remove the base water either into the top drawer or out the back through the pipe (depending how you connected the drier).
