Anet A8 - Center Nozzle Fan For use with front autolevel sensor (5mm thick plate)

I have front autoleveling sensor installed and original http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1620630 is short, so I designed extended version. My plate for sensor is 5mm thick, so "neck" of this shroud is 5mm longer.
The sensor died on me so it's not on the photos :)
