D-Bot - 2x1 Plate Replacement 20x20 to 20x40 Coupler

Instead of using parts H & J outlined in D. Spaulding's, May 2016 edition of the D-Bot Build Guide, where it is a 40x20 mm piece of V-Slot joined perpendicularly with another 40x20 piece, I opted to go for a setup that uses a 40x20 joined to a 20x20. However, in order to use this, the "2-2x1_Plate" component can't be used. To get around this problem, I designed this component in SW to replace the original 2x1 plate that joins H & J to K.
