RichRap's 3DR - Modified for 8mm Rod and 20mm Box section (Squared Wood, Extruded Aluminium or Box Section Steel)

**This is a modification of RichRaps excellent 3DR, a Delta type RepRap,**
These files have been modified from the default design to allow 8mm diameter rods to replace the 6mm rods of Rich's default design.
The original design was exclusively compatible with extruded aluminium (Misumi / 2020 style) whereas this version will build up with practically anything
This allows for a much taller machine to be built while not suffering from bearing rod deflection.
