BLTOUCH 40mm Integrated fan mount

I created this so that I didn't have to sacrifice my fan for my BLTouch Mount. Here you can have both.

The base mount is just high enough to get the BLTouch in there and then added spacers if needed for more Depth.

The base has been thinned to reduce any Fan blockage.
Holes are set for tapping 3mm screws directly in or you can drill them out for through holes.
