Hello! I've recently completed doing the AM8 upgrade to my Anet A8, and needed a replacement spool holder for it.
I didn't want one that needed screws, and I wanted to have more than 1 spool on it.
So I found the one remixed by denos, and modified it a bit so that it could be used like you see in the picture!
The STL I've provided works with 608 sized bearings (The ones people used in fidget spinners)
I've changed the model a bit from the picture by cutting off a bit from the top so the bearing can be flush with the print, instead of 4mm inside, or having space inside. This way it will be MUCH easier to align them :)
These are the rods I got https://goo.gl/2SzxDR
You can really get which ever length of rods you want, but if you're going bigger, you should probably go with a higher infill percentage.
[Update]
Looks like they're unavaliable now. Just search "8mm smooth rod" with the length you want. For example "8mm x 406mm smooth rod" (That's the length I got)
