2040 Kossel corner

Here are Kossel corners that use *only* 2040 extrusions. Useful for cases where your local hardware shop only sells extrusions in 5 meter pieces.

It's fairly parametric so there are a couple of things that can be tweaked, such as the extrusion width/thickness, but you might have to play with the variables to get your desired output.

Update: A couple of people on #reprap mentioned that putting the towers in this configuration doesn't make full use of the extra width in the 2040 to avoid the top of the tower from twisting against the bottom. The Wolfstock corners might be a better alternative.

Update: Added top and bottom corners. The top corner includes a 3mm hole + nut trap for using 623zz bearings on an M3 screw as an idler.
