Prusa i3 mk2 extruder cover w/ extra clearance

**EDIT: I installed the hotend incorrectly, it needs to be rotated 90 degrees. I'll give that a try and see if it still has an issue; if it does I'll update this to add more clearance but not as much and if not then I'll leave this without the part as a warning to future generations =] **

This is still an option if you need extra clearance, but you probably don't need it.

~~The extruder cover that prusa ships has an unfortunate issue where the hotend is actually less than 2mm away from th
