WanHao Dial Gage Mount for front fan bracket

**update 2-5-17**
Did not like the difference of offset from nozzle to measuring point, so I have updated the dial gage holder. I can now reach all but the last 25mm or so of the bed.

I drilled the fan mount for the front to accept the dial gage rod, and made this holder to keep the dial gage mounted securely. Had to add a tip extender to get the tiny little bit more reach needed. This ended up being a good thing as it can be removed and the dial gage now stays out of the way when printing i
