MPSM Filter Bar + Front VESA Bracket Remix

I liked the filter bar mount by jasonjones and when it came time to figure out how to put a VESA mount on the front of the MPSM, I realized I had a conflict. I found the remix by mrevans which I liked and also the VESA mount remix by alexisgreen but neither suited my needs. I also wanted the base of the filter affixed to to the part and set to the proper height to feed right into the extruder as all the existing designs had the filter a bit low, even when affixed with mounting tape.
