PSU Cover for 12V 20A Tevo Tarantula

Took the original design from the Prusa i3 Mk2 PSU Cover and edited it:
clean surface
extended to the required width and depth
clean backside (no holes), full enclosure

made holes for switch and socket, use the 2 4mm holes on the side to stud the cover with the PSU frame.

Added a screw-based design instead of a blind rivet
