International Ring Maker

So I loosely remixed this off of teinturman's ring sizer. (Big thanks for all the data and country matching logic I borrowed from him)

In short, this is more a template I'll use later to make rings more customizable, and I'll clean up the code soon-ish. With school starting it'll be more of a wait and see.
