$5 filament spool and holder for Tiko 3D

I finally got my Kickstarter Tiko 3D printer. The spool area on top is limited to 165mm spools. But it's not very fast and found leaving the included filament overnight had a tendency to break. So I thought [Protoparadigm's $5 filament](http://www.protoparadigm.com/5DollarFilament/) (200gm spools) were perfect for it. But the spool area on the Tiko is a bit large for the smaller spools and wanted make the filament as easy to feed as possible. I figured a spool on a stand.
