NEO Direct Drive Adapter for E3D v6 mod

This is the adapter for the Direct Drive extruder by Hackbert merged with the axis mount of the Reprap Neo e3d v6 upgrade by Kakadu (already using my modified version).

I will soon try this out on my bowden extruder e3d v6 version. I think the Neo is so slow that the bowden extruder might not be needed and the extra weight by a DD extruder is tolerable. Let's see ...

This is still in progress. The first version wasn't watertight, please try the 'r2' version.
