Alternate sliding sensor mount and hot end clamp

I liked Grogo666's sliding Z clamp, however I needed more room to fit in my fan shroud. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2042039/#files So I modified the hot end clamp portion of Grogo666's thing to move the sensor to one side as far as I could. While I was at it I added a small tab to tie the heater and thermistor wires to and a larger mounting location for another cooling fan. I included the z clamp from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1837968 so you do not need to download it separately.
