Wanhao i3 BLTouch Mount for v2.1

This is a work in progress. I have a v2.1 version of the Wanhao Duplicator i3 (Balco) with the round X-Axis Bearings.

I have so far been using the original version of this file, along with http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1650495

however, have found that this can vary the angle that the BLTouch sits

I have not yet installed this version on my printer, so consider it untested at this stage. Prints ok with ABS using cura.
