Split Box - 300 x 200 x 100 (approx

I have updated the files - seems the box size were all over the place.
Outer too small
Trays too large
I also generally simplified the design and added holes to lift out the trays.

The shoebox I was using for a tool box fell apart.
So I designed a little split box with two upper trays to replace it.
