Prusa i3 Y Axis Bearing and Belt Brackets

I've been making some changes to my Y axis. I'm not happy about the Y Axis belt not remaining on a parallel plain during its full movement. Hopefully this will fix that and move the belt clamp part of the bracket back into a horizontal plain with where the belt meets the top edge of the T20 pulley on the NEMA17 stepper and this will make it have even tension throughout the full movement of Y Axis travel.
