Dominion Trash Mat Holder

I printed the sleeved card holders that electriccars remixed from Popsicle_peon's design, but the second edition of Dominion comes with a mat for trashed cards rather than a card. Since I have the second edition, I decided to remix a holder for the trash mat. I've included two versions of the file, one as a single piece for printers with a large enough build volume, and one as two connecting pieces, for printers who can't handle the larger volume.
