Avocado Grow Cup

Grow your own avocado tree from the pit (seed) of an avocado! Simply wash and place the pit in the cup (point to the top) and fill with water to cover the seed. Place in direct sunlight for about 6 weeks and hopefully it should split and sprout. Once around 6 inches tall, transplant into soil. Replace the water around every week.

I know there are many of these around, but I wanted one that looked cool and also held the water. Im not sure whether peeling the skin off the seed is worthwhile -
