BLTouch mount for the Tevo Black Widow with Titan Extruder

Here is my BLTouch mount for the Titan extruder with pancake stepper. The mount is intended to be used on the Tevo Black Widow but should work on other printers as well.

It was designed with the E3D hotend in mind but the stock hotend should work as well.

The mount was designed to be compatible with the following fan shroud: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1537971
