Skywatcher AZ3 improved knobs

I'm disappointed with my AZ3 knobs, so i create these more comfortable ones, they make a very good difference:

-Tray knobs: I use 3pcs M5x25mm hex head bolts. Print 3pcs "trayKnob" and 3pcs "trayKnobBoltCover". Use contact glue for glue the covers after pressing the bolts.

-Slow movement knobs: I replaced the original ones. Print 2pcs "slowKnob". I use 2pcs M3x10mm hex allen bolts for fixing.

-Azimut brake knob: I replaced the original one. Print 1pcs azimutBrakeKnob. Redrill the main h
