Folgertech Kossel 2020 Smart LCD Controller Enclosure

I like wakuhn's Kossel 2020 Smart LCD Controller Enclosure (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1237708) but didn't want to disassemble the Delta Printer to attach the enclosure - being lazy. So I added some tabs on both sides and used insert t-nuts to attach to the 2020 frame. The original LCD knob did not fit easily so I created one using: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1297336, also included.
