Robo3d Deck hole drag chain adaptor remix

This is a remix of danzca6's excellent deck hole cover accessory. This is just adapted to use the generic 10x15mm drag chain (https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-Black-Plastic-Carrier-Length/dp/B01M0WRHUN/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1484974254&sr=8-1&keywords=10x15+drag+chain) where you need the holes at your termination point.

I removed the bottom portion because I didn't want to have supports in between the part. I can re-add them if requested.
