It's Piplup! I'm not sure what to call this type of design... Its a 3D model of a flat image (Lithography)? If the community would like some more of these they don't take too long to crank out. Leave your wishes in the comments and I'll try to get to them if I can. Turns out they glow really cool when you put a light behind them like the image above. Maybe you could make a cool light out of this or something.
