I noticed this design on Vsauce and had never heard of it before. I decided to draw and 3D print my design.

The original set of pistons are too small. I've doubled the length to 12 mm.

I've updated the pistons a 3rd time. Thanks for the comments. Yes, I accidentally distorted the peg into an oval.
