For print settings, I'd use what you've found works best for your filament/printer. 50-100% infill would be good, since it's so small, and to help with longevity so it'll last longer. If you can, do an ABS/acetone vapor finish for the best result with this model. However, any material, such as PLA, PET, ABS should work fine. The only thing is don't use filaments that tend to shrink much, since tolerances are tight for this design.
